An objective of interior design is to use the design aesthetic to serve others by creating spaces that enhance and improve people's physical, emotional, and psychological interaction with the built environment. Along with a compassionate hear, it takes a student with a strong grasp of the fundamental theories, elements, and principles of design to achieve that objective. Isabella consistently exemplifies these qualities as demonstrated in the creative solutions to her design projects." Isabella is a leader. In team settings she is a caring and compassionate team member always supporting her team encouraging them to do their best. Likewise, she works diligently with her teammates to be successful. Yet, she can also be decisive when a course of action is needed and he job needs to be done. She has an incredibly studious work ethic and always strives to do her best. In the classroom Isabella excels in her academics and successfully applies what she is learning in class to her projects. Among her peers she is a valuable resource readily sharing her expertise and experience in many areas to help them grow in their professionalism. Likewise, when my business partner at my architectural firm asked for help on a personal design project, I confidently recommended Isabella for the opportunity, because of her expertise with design software. "Bella jumped right into the team, helping wherever she was asked. Some of the projects that Bella worked on over the summer included updating our building finishes archives, reaching out to vendors and manufacturers to request additional samples whenever needed, and putting together a proposal for an employee interaction wall. Bella also participated in an art selection, purchasing and installation project for our Corporate Housing team as well as assist our Meetings & Events team with creating centerpieces for an event.
