Hawthorne Renovation

For this project, I was asked to imagine how this house layout could be changed to better suit the needs of a young 21st Century family. The main focus of the remodel was envisioning that you’re doing this to appeal to a young family, while being mindful about demolition choices.  All of the decisions at this point cost money so I had to analysis the impact of my design moving forward.  I did not have a budget to work with but I kept the cost benefit in mind.
